3 layers molton cotton + 3 layers tricot, with special notches for faster absorption of clots. Ideal for very heavy flow.
The Back Layer
The protective layer — anti-pill microfleece
This fabric stops moisture but breathes maximally. That sounds like a contradiction, but it works:
- Moisture does <strong>not</strong> pass through
- Air <strong>does</strong> — maximum breathability
This makes a big difference for people who suffer from stuffiness, skin irritation or chronic yeast infections from using disposable pads.

How to Use Reusable Menstrual Pads?
How long can you wear them?
We recommend changing the pad every <strong style="color: var(--lp-red);">4 to 6 hours</strong>, just like with disposable pads.
On heavy days you may want to change more often; on light days you can go longer. Listen to your body.
What do you do with a used pad on the go?
You don't need to rinse it immediately. Put the used pad in a wet bag or pad wrapper.
Reusable pads have hardly any odor, certainly not the chemical smell you know from disposable produtos. So you can simply keep them in your bag until you get home.
How to Wash Reusable Menstrual Pads?
Good washing is the key to a long life for your pads
Cold Pre-soak
Rinse the pads cold before putting them in the washing machine. This can be done in three ways: cold pre-rinse cycle, a bucket of cold water, or a quick rinse under the cold tap. <strong style="color: var(--lp-red);">Cold water is important</strong> — hot water sets blood stains.
Lavagem

Drying
