They consist of multiple layers of fabric, including an absorbent core and a waterproof outer layer to prevent leaks. They are secured to your underwear with snaps or Velcro.

How did you wash them?

Rinsing: After use, rinse under cold water until most of the blood is gone.

Wash: Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius with your usual detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach!

Drying: Preferably air dry. Tumble dry on a low setting, but avoid high heat.
