Frequently asked questions

How do I know which size I need?

Think about your heaviest menstrual day. Light flow → Light, normal → Medium, heavy → Heavy/Night, very heavy with clots → SuperFlow.

How many ml does a reusable pad absorb?

Light: ~15ml, Medium: ~25ml, Heavy: ~30ml, SuperFlow: ~80ml+. For comparison: disposables only absorb 10-20ml.

What's the difference between a pantyliner and a pad?

Pantyliners are thinner and suitable for light urine loss/discharge. Pads are thicker and absorb menstrual blood.

Can I combine different sizes?

Absolutely! Most women use varying sizes throughout their cycle. Order a mix and discover what works for you!
