1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example by post, e-mail or via our contact form) that you wish to cancel the purchase. You can use the model withdrawal form for this: [invalid URL removed], but this is not mandatory.

2. Returning the products

The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2.1 Conditions for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Guarantee

At LottePads we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a "No Good, Money Back" policy for our sanitary towels, panty liners and incontinence pads, even though they fall under hygiene products. If you are still not satisfied after 30 days, you can use this policy once. We work according to the following conditions:

  1. Validity

    • The 30-day return guarantee applies from the date of receipt of your order.
  2. Condition of the Products

    • The product must have been washed according to the instructions for use and must not be damaged by incorrect washing or excessive use. We can guarantee the quality under normal use.
    • Products may have been used if there is a valid problem as stated below:
      • The products leak through.
      • The products are uncomfortable.
      • The products shift severely in the underwear.
    • In other cases, the products must be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. Returns process

    • You will receive a returns number and further instructions from us for returning the products.
    • Please include the return number and a copy of the invoice with the return package.

     

  4. Reasons for Return

    • Valid Reasons for Used Products:
      • The products leak through.
      • The products are uncomfortable.
      • The products shift severely in the underwear.
    • Unused Products in Original Packaging:
      • Not satisfied with the size, print or color.
      • Changed my mind about the purchase.

  5. Feedback via Judge.me
    To continuously improve the quality of our products, we kindly ask you to leave a review via email via Judge.me. This helps us receive honest feedback and can help future customers make their choice.

  6. Exceptions

    • Returns are not possible for:
      • Damaged products due to incorrect use.
      • Products purchased on sale.
      • Gift vouchers and personalized items.

  7. Who pays for the shipping costs?

    • The costs for returning are in all cases borne by the customer, unless the product is defective upon delivery or concerns an incorrect delivery.

  8. Refund

    First we look together to see whether there is an alternative product in our range that better meets your expectations. If this does not provide a suitable solution, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. The costs for returning the product are for the customer.

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days.
    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  9. Complaints and Defects

    • If a product is defective or does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.

  10. Abuse prevention
    We trust customers to use this policy fairly. Our webshop system offers us insight into return frequency, so that abuse is prevented.

3. Refund

We will refund the purchase price, including any shipping costs incurred, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. We use the same payment method with which you placed the order.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are tailor-made or personalized.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as opened packs of sanitary towels or incontinence materials.
  • Digital products that are downloaded or streamed immediately after purchase.

10. Competent court

All disputes arising from or related to this refund and returns policy will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
