LottePads does not work with standard inventory orders. We make your order custom — in the fabrics, colors and prints that match your brand or target audience. This way you have something unique on your shelves, and we keep our production manageable.

What do we offer?

At LottePads you don't choose from a fixed catalog. You choose — in consultation with us — which fabrics, prints and products you want to have made. We produce the order specifically for you.

Introductory meeting

We schedule a brief discussion to discuss what you need: which products, quantities, fabrics or colors.

Custom quote

You receive a quote based on your preferences. Minimum order: 20 pieces per product type.

Production

After approval we get to work. The delivery time is 6–12 weeks, depending on the order size.

Delivery & sales

You receive your order neatly packaged. You sell via your own channel.

General and Delivery Conditions B2B

These B2B conditions apply to all orders placed by the reseller with the producer and confirmed in writing by the producer.

  1. LottePads, established in Biddinghuizen, KvK number 62473719, is referred to as producer in these delivery conditions.
  2. The counterparty of the producer is referred to as reseller in these delivery conditions.
  3. Parties are producer and reseller.
  4. These delivery conditions apply to orders placed by the reseller with the producer and confirmed in writing by the producer.
  1. The reseller places the order in writing with the producer.
  2. Mutual obligations arise after written approval by the producer.
  3. Placed orders cannot be cancelled. Products are not taken back.
  1. The producer carries out the agreed orders to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship.
  2. The products are handmade and of high quality. All products are checked for quality before shipment.
  3. The producer has the right to have work carried out by third parties.
  1. When the ordered products are available from stock, packages will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of your payment via PostNL (NL), or DHL (EU) with tracking code and delivery without signature.
  2. For orders specially produced for you, the delivery time is 6-12 weeks depending on the size of the order, the expected production time and the availability of materials.
  3. If you prefer shipping via PostNL with required signature, the reseller must explicitly mention this in advance. Whichever shipping you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us to track your package online.
  4. Reseller pays €4.95 shipping costs and does not qualify for free shipping above €65.
  1. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. The rates of PostNL are used for this.
  2. Items are shipped in a suitable box made of sturdy material to prevent damage.
  3. In case of damage to the shipping packaging by the transport company, the reseller must immediately notify the producer. An investigation will then be started. Any damaged products will be replaced or compensated.
  4. The reseller checks the items upon receipt for any damage and/or imperfections. Any damage or imperfections must be reported no later than within 48 hours after receipt.
  5. Items damaged by improperly opening the packaging will not be reimbursed by the producer.
  6. In case of loss of the shipment, the reseller contacts the producer no later than within 5 business days. In that case, a suitable solution will be determined in mutual consultation.
  1. If the ordered products are fully available from stock, the amount due will be charged at once.
  2. If the order is specially produced for the reseller, a down payment of at least 50% will be charged. The production of the order and the delivery time start after receipt of the full down payment. The remaining amount will be charged and must be paid prior to the shipment of the order.
  3. For stipulated partial payments, the total amount of the agreed assignment remains due in all cases. The reseller is not permitted to cancel the assignment interim.
  4. The full invoice amount must be paid no later than within 7 days after the invoice date, unless parties have made other written agreements or a different payment term is stated on the invoice.
  5. If the reseller does not pay within the agreed term, they are legally in default, without any reminder being required. From that moment, the producer is entitled to suspend obligations until the reseller has fulfilled their payment obligations.
  6. If the reseller remains in default, the producer will proceed with collection. The costs related to said collection are for the account of the reseller.
  7. In case of liquidation, bankruptcy, seizure or suspension of payment of the reseller, the claims of the producer against the reseller are immediately due and payable.
  1. Purchase prices stated by the producer are exclusive of VAT and any other government levies, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  2. The producer has the option to adjust the purchase prices annually on January 1 and/or July 1.
  1. The reseller is exclusively authorized to sell the products to consumers.
  2. The reseller maintains at least the sales prices set by the producer.
  3. The sales prices are re-established annually on January 1 and/or July 1.
  4. Deviation from the recommended price is permitted provided that the duration of promotions and discounts does not exceed 3 consecutive weeks and does not occur more than 3 times per calendar year.
  5. The reseller is not permitted to apply discounts greater than 40%.
  6. Products purchased as "trial set" must also be sold as a complete set and at the set price. These products may not be sold separately after purchase.
  1. The producer is not liable for possible damage resulting from this agreement, unless the producer caused the damage intentionally or with gross negligence.
  2. In the event that the producer is liable for damages to the reseller, the damage shall never amount to more than the purchase compensation paid for this.
  1. Any legal successors are bound by all provisions of these conditions.
  2. The reseller respects the brand and property rights of the producer. Products and designs are not copied/reproduced.
  3. The producer retains all (intellectual) absolute rights (including copyright, patent right, trademark right, design rights, etc.) on all designs, drawings, writings, data carriers or other information, quotes, images, sketches, models etc.
  4. Both parties keep any confidential information secret.
  5. The reseller does not express negative opinions about the producer, the brand, or the products.
  6. If the reseller violates this article, the reseller forfeits to the producer an immediately claimable fine of €5,000 for each violation and additionally an amount of €500 for each day that the violation continues.
  7. The forfeiture of any fine does not detract from the producer's other rights, including their right to claim damages in addition to the fine.
  1. Exclusively Dutch law applies to these conditions.
  2. The Dutch court in the district where Made by Lotte is established is exclusively competent to take cognizance of any disputes between parties, unless the law prescribes imperatively otherwise.

This agreement is established after written confirmation by the producer. This agreement is valid for 30 days.
